Key Responsibilities:&middot; Oversee all construction activities from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.&middot; Coordinate between clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.&middot; Tracks construction expenditures and aligns with BOQ and budget constraints.&middot; Identifies cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.&middot; Coordinate daily site activities to achieve project milestones.&middot; Ensures daily operations on-site are executed safely, efficiently, and incompliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.&middot; Implement and enforce safety standards and procedures at site.&middot; Reviews and enforces contract clauses, scope boundaries, and change orders.&middot; Escalates critical issues to Project manager with clear action plans.&middot; Provide technical guidance to site engineers and Supervisors.&middot; Track project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.&middot; Resolves site conflicts, technical discrepancies, and contractor disputes diplomatically.&middot; Support the Bid team with the project proposals.- Qualifications &amp; Requirements:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering.&middot; Must have experience in the DBOOM/BOT Oil &amp; Gas Construction program.&middot; Minimum of 15 years of experience in Oil &amp; Gas (10 years as construction manager Oil &amp; Gas).&middot; Only candidates from inside Kuwait with transferrable residency will be considered.&middot; Can join immediately.Job Type: Full-timePay: From KD1,500.000 per monthLocation:<ul><li>Kuwait (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
