Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic TikTok Live Stream Operations Specialist (E-commerce) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing live streaming activities on TikTok to drive product sales, enhance brand visibility, and engage with a vibrant online community. Your expertise in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing will be essential in creating compelling live shopping experiences that captivate audiences and boost e-commerce performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the digital shopping landscape through lively, engaging broadcasts and strategic content execution.Duties<ul><li>Assist TikTok hosts during live streams (product setup, link management, backend operation)</li><li>Monitor live performance, viewer engagement, and sales in real-time</li><li>Coordinate with hosts to adjust strategy (pricing, promotions, pacing) during streams</li><li>Prepare products, inventory, and streaming materials before each session</li><li>Track daily sales, orders, and key metrics after each live stream</li><li>Work closely with the team to improve conversion rate and overall performance</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Facebook Advertising to plan campaigns effectively.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.</li><li>Expertise in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; video editing skills are highly desirable for creating engaging multimedia content.</li><li>Experience with digital marketing strategies including social media marketing, branding, public relations, and e-commerce operations.</li><li>Ability to utilize social listening tools for trend analysis and audience insights to tailor live content accordingly.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all content is accurate, clear, and aligned with brand voice.</li><li>Skilled in relationship management to foster community engagement and maintain positive interactions with viewers.</li><li>Familiarity with photography techniques relevant to product showcasing during live streams.
