The RM / RGM will be responsible for end-to-end operations of the Brewery and QSR format, ensuring guest satisfaction, revenue growth, cost control, team management, and brand compliance. The role requires strong experience in high-volume operations, beverage-led outlets, and QSR systems.Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management<ul><li>Oversee daily operations of brewery and QSR outlets to ensure smooth functioning.</li><li>Ensure SOP adherence across service, kitchen, bar, and hygiene standards.</li><li>Manage high-volume service, peak-hour operations, and overall guest experience.</li><li>Coordinate with central kitchen, vendors, and brewery production teams.</li></ul>2. Team Leadership &amp; Training<ul><li>Lead, train, and motivate FOH, BOH, bar, and QSR teams.</li><li>Plan manpower, rosters, and productivity to meet business requirements.</li><li>Conduct regular training on service standards, upselling, safety, and compliance.</li><li>Drive a performance-oriented culture with regular reviews and feedback.</li></ul>3. Financial &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Monitor P&amp;L, revenue targets, and outlet profitability.</li><li>Control food cost, beverage cost, wastage, and inventory.</li><li>Ensure timely stock audits, variance control, and effective vendor management.</li></ul>4. Sales &amp; Business Growth<ul><li>Come with innovative and strategic sales ideas to increase footfall, improve average bill value, and drive sustained business growth.</li><li>Drive sales through promotions, events, menu engineering, and upselling strategies.</li><li>Work closely with marketing teams for local activations and campaigns.</li></ul>5. Guest Experience &amp; Brand Standards<ul><li>Ensure a consistent and superior guest experience across brewery and QSR formats.</li><li>Handle guest feedback and complaints proactively and professionally.</li><li>Maintain brand image, ambiance, and service quality at all times.</li></ul>6. Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure compliance with FSSAI, excise laws, local licensing, fire &amp; safety norms.</li><li>Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.</li><li>Coordinate audits and statutory inspections.</li></ul>7. Regional Responsibilities (For RGM Role)<ul><li>Oversee multiple outlets within the assigned region.</li><li>Support new store openings, staff onboarding, and operational setup.</li><li>Analyze market trends, competition, and regional performance metrics.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in Brewery / Casual Dining / QSR / Lounge brands.</li><li>Strong understanding of brewery operations, bar management, and QSR systems.</li><li>Proven leadership experience managing high-volume outlets or multiple locations.</li><li>Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&amp;L management.</li><li>Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and extended hours.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred.</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Operations Excellence</li><li>Strategic Sales &amp; Revenue Growth</li><li>Team Leadership &amp; Training</li><li>Cost &amp; Inventory Control</li><li>Guest Experience Management</li><li>Compliance &amp; Licensing</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;80,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
