Role OverviewThe HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. This role ensures smooth HR processes and contributes to building a positive and performance-driven workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process &ndash; sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.</li><li>Maintain a database of candidates and track hiring status for various departments.</li><li>Support onboarding and induction of new employees.</li><li>Ensure timely preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.</li></ul>HR Operations<ul><li>Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data.</li><li>Support payroll processing by providing attendance, new joiner, and separation inputs.</li><li>Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, or salary.</li><li>Assist in employee life cycle management &ndash; confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.</li></ul>Employee Engagement &amp; Welfare<ul><li>Plan and execute employee engagement activities and celebrations.</li><li>Promote a positive work culture through communication and team-building initiatives.</li><li>Address basic grievances and escalate issues to HR Manager when required.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Support statutory compliance processes (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).</li><li>Maintain HR files, registers, and reports as per company and legal standards.</li><li>Coordinate with the accounts or admin team for audits and documentation.</li></ul>Performance &amp; Policy Implementation<ul><li>Assist in performance review coordination and record-keeping.</li><li>Ensure employees follow company HR policies and code of conduct.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.</li><li>Basic knowledge of labor laws, payroll process, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS preferred).</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>People management &amp; communication</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Confidentiality &amp; integrity</li><li>Time management</li><li>Problem-solving attitude</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Sr. HR Executive( Brewery industry)

Role OverviewThe Accounts &amp; Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, vendor management, and procurement operations. The role ensures accurate financial recording, timely payments, cost-effective purchasing, and smooth coordination between the accounts, operations, and supply chain teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Management<ul><li>Handle daily accounting operations including journal entries, purchase invoices, and expense booking.</li><li>Reconcile vendor accounts, bank statements, and inter-branch transactions.</li><li>Support monthly closing and maintain ledgers for payables and receivables.</li><li>Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns in coordination with the Accounts Manager.</li><li>Process staff reimbursements, petty cash, and vendor payments.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.</li></ul>Procurement &amp; Purchasing<ul><li>Identify and source materials, supplies, and services as per operational requirements.</li><li>Obtain quotations, evaluate vendor proposals, and negotiate pricing and payment terms.</li><li>Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of goods.</li><li>Maintain updated records of suppliers, purchase orders, and inventory movement.</li><li>Coordinate with the operations and store teams for stock replenishment and quality checks.</li><li>Track and control purchase expenses within approved budgets.</li></ul>Vendor Management<ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.</li><li>Evaluate vendor performance on pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, payment schedules, and legal documentation.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Prepare daily/weekly reports on purchases, expenses, and stock utilization.</li><li>Assist in audits by providing necessary financial and purchase records.</li><li>Collaborate with HR, Admin, and Operations teams for smooth business functioning.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA Inter preferred).</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in accounting and procurement (preferably in hospitality/QSR/retail).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.</li><li>Good understanding of GST, TDS, and vendor billing.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Financial accuracy &amp; accountability</li><li>Vendor and cost management</li><li>Process orientation &amp; record keeping</li><li>Negotiation and relationship management</li><li>Time management &amp; reliability</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;28,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
