The RM / RGM will be responsible for end-to-end operations of the Brewery and QSR format, ensuring guest satisfaction, revenue growth, cost control, team management, and brand compliance. The role requires strong experience in high-volume operations, beverage-led outlets, and QSR systems.

Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of brewery and QSR outlets to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Ensure SOP adherence across service, kitchen, bar, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage high-volume service, peak-hour operations, and overall guest experience.
  • Coordinate with central kitchen, vendors, and brewery production teams.

2. Team Leadership & Training

  • Lead, train, and motivate FOH, BOH, bar, and QSR teams.
  • Plan manpower, rosters, and productivity to meet business requirements.
  • Conduct regular training on service standards, upselling, safety, and compliance.
  • Drive a performance-oriented culture with regular reviews and feedback.

3. Financial & Cost Control

  • Monitor P&L, revenue targets, and outlet profitability.
  • Control food cost, beverage cost, wastage, and inventory.
  • Ensure timely stock audits, variance control, and effective vendor management.

4. Sales & Business Growth

  • Come with innovative and strategic sales ideas to increase footfall, improve average bill value, and drive sustained business growth.
  • Drive sales through promotions, events, menu engineering, and upselling strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing teams for local activations and campaigns.

5. Guest Experience & Brand Standards

  • Ensure a consistent and superior guest experience across brewery and QSR formats.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints proactively and professionally.
  • Maintain brand image, ambiance, and service quality at all times.

6. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, excise laws, local licensing, fire & safety norms.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Coordinate audits and statutory inspections.

7. Regional Responsibilities (For RGM Role)

  • Oversee multiple outlets within the assigned region.
  • Support new store openings, staff onboarding, and operational setup.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and regional performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5–8 years of experience in Brewery / Casual Dining / QSR / Lounge brands.
  • Strong understanding of brewery operations, bar management, and QSR systems.
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-volume outlets or multiple locations.
  • Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L management.
  • Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and extended hours.

Education

  • Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
