The position requires both creative and hands-on work&mdash;capturing real, authentic moments in the field with our technicians and customers to highlight what makes our brands stand out.The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, strong writer, and visual thinker who enjoys collaborating, problem-solving, and bringing fresh ideas to life.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation &amp; Management<ul><li>Develop and manage a steady stream of content for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns across brands.</li><li>Platforms include, but are not limited to, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.</li><li>Write and edit engaging, on-brand copy that fits each brand&rsquo;s tone and customer base.</li><li>Create and edit simple, professional graphics and layouts using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Maintain the marketing content calendar to ensure balance and consistency across all brands.</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Field Content<ul><li>Capture photo and video content on-site with technicians and customers to showcase real experiences and brand authenticity.</li><li>Travel locally to nearby routes, neighborhoods, or properties as needed for in-field content creation.</li><li>Manage day-to-day posting and community engagement across all social platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with the Marketing Director to brainstorm seasonal and creative campaign ideas.</li></ul>AI &amp; Innovation<ul><li>Use AI tools to streamline content creation, editing, and scheduling processes.</li><li>Stay up to date on emerging AI and marketing technologies to improve creativity, workflow efficiency, and performance analytics.</li></ul>Brand Consistency &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, messaging, and visual identity.</li><li>Proofread and review materials before publication or distribution.</li><li>Support overall quality and consistency across all brand channels and marketing materials.</li></ul>Customer Engagement &amp; Reputation<ul><li>Monitor and respond to customer reviews and social media interactions with professionalism and empathy.</li><li>Highlight customer testimonials, community involvement, and success stories through creative storytelling.</li></ul>Team Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and campaigns.</li><li>Participate in brainstorming sessions, monthly marketing meetings, and creative planning discussions.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1-3+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or a related field.</li><li>Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to tone and detail.</li><li>Experience managing content calendars and publishing across multiple platforms.</li><li>Experience in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Comfortable being on-site and creating content in the field with technicians and customers.</li><li>Excellent organization and time management skills.</li><li>Highly self-motivated and organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to stay on task in a flexible, hybrid work setting.</li><li>Must be located near the Charlotte or Charleston Spidexx branch and available for occasional travel for different events, brand photoshoots, and capturing content.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or related field preferred.</li></ul>Bonus Skills:<ul><li>Experience with video editing and short-form video content (Reels, TikTok).</li><li>Familiarity with SEO and digital content strategy.</li><li>Knowledge of AI tools for writing, design, and content automation.</li><li>Experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google) or analytics tools.</li></ul>Core Competencies<ul><li>Creative storytelling and visual communication</li><li>Writing and editing excellence</li><li>Social media and field content production</li><li>Brand consistency and attention to detail</li><li>Adaptability and innovation</li><li>Organization and multitasking</li><li>Collaboration and communication</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Social media management: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Charlotte, NC 28208 (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Charlotte, NC 28208
