 SpineSearch is seeking motivated Medical Assistants to support our outpatient providers in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role provides both clinical and administrative support to ensure high-quality patient care.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support 1&ndash;2 providers by managing two patient rooms at a time
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare patients for exams, including vital signs and intake
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist providers with clinical tasks, documentation, and workflow
 </li>
 <li>
 &ldquo;Tee up&rdquo; charts for providers, similar to a scribe role:
 </li>
 <li>
 Help with note preparation
 </li>
 <li>
 Enter and pend orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure charts are up-to-date
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide general clinical support to physicians, APPs, and care teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with staff and providers
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform administrative duties as needed to support outpatient operations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Medical Assistant experience preferred;
 
 certification not required
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort working in a fast-paced, provider-focused environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work across two
 </li>
