Medical Assistant

SpineSearch is seeking motivated Medical Assistants to support our outpatient providers in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role provides both clinical and administrative support to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Support 1–2 providers by managing two patient rooms at a time
• Prepare patients for exams, including vital signs and intake
• Assist providers with clinical tasks, documentation, and workflow
• “Tee up” charts for providers, similar to a scribe role:
• Help with note preparation
• Enter and pend orders
• Ensure charts are up-to-date
• Provide general clinical support to physicians, APPs, and care teams
• Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with staff and providers
• Perform administrative duties as needed to support outpatient operations

Requirements

• Medical Assistant experience preferred; certification not required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, provider-focused environment
