Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Custodian Supervisor/Inspector to lead our cleaning and custodial teams in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment. This role combines hands-on supervision with inspection responsibilities, ensuring that all cleaning standards are met consistently across our facilities. Join us to make a tangible impact on the comfort and hygiene of our spaces while advancing your management career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.Duties<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate day and night cleaning operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards</li><li>Inspect work areas regularly for cleanliness, safety hazards, and compliance with established protocols</li><li>Train and mentor custodial staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations</li><li>Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, laundry services, and janitorial materials to ensure adequate stock levels</li><li>Conduct routine inspections</li><li>Enforce health and safety regulations by monitoring sanitation practices and implementing corrective actions when necessary</li><li>Lead scheduling efforts for custodial teams to optimize coverage during peak hours or special events</li><li>Cover shifts when required, i.e., callouts, vacation, sick leave.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively</li><li>Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and inspections simultaneously</li><li>Knowledge of cleaning techniques</li><li>Ability to train staff on janitorial procedures, safety standards, and quality control measures</li><li>Extensive janitorial and custodial experience with knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety regulations</li></ul>Must have own transportation<ul><li>This position requires you to work at multiple locations that will NOT be accessible by public transportation, there for you MUST have your own transportation.</li><li>Saturday availability</li><li>Sunday availability</li></ul>MUST BE ABLE TO START ASAPPay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hourWork Location: In person
