Key ResponsibilitiesExport Sales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Identify and develop new international markets, distributors, and OEM customers.</li><li>Generate export enquiries through emails, trade portals, exhibitions, and overseas agents.</li><li>Prepare and follow up on quotations, techno-commercial offers, and price negotiations.</li><li>Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.</li></ul>Customer Relationship Management<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and channel partners.</li><li>Respond to customer queries regarding product specifications, pricing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, QC, logistics) to ensure timely order execution.</li></ul>Export Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Prepare and review export documents such as Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL/AWB, LC documents, etc.</li><li>Ensure compliance with export regulations, INCOTERMS, customs, and DGFT guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners for smooth shipment execution.</li></ul>Market Research &amp; Promotion<ul><li>Conduct market research to analyze global demand, competition, and pricing trends.</li><li>Participate in international exhibitions, virtual trade fairs, and customer meetings.</li><li>Maintain updated export sales data, customer records, and MIS reports.</li></ul>Desired Candidate ProfileEducation<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial) or</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business / International Trade / Export Management</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in industrial manufacturing, engineering products, spray nozzles, valves, or automation systems.</li><li>Experience working with international customers and export documentation is mandatory.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong communication skills (written &amp; verbal) in English.</li><li>Knowledge of export procedures, INCOTERMS, and international trade practices.</li><li>Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications (preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems, and email communication.</li><li>Negotiation skills and result-oriented approach.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of work experience in export sales ?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
