Key ResponsibilitiesExport Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new international markets, distributors, and OEM customers.
  • Generate export enquiries through emails, trade portals, exhibitions, and overseas agents.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, techno-commercial offers, and price negotiations.
  • Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and channel partners.
  • Respond to customer queries regarding product specifications, pricing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, QC, logistics) to ensure timely order execution.

Export Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and review export documents such as Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL/AWB, LC documents, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, INCOTERMS, customs, and DGFT guidelines.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners for smooth shipment execution.

Market Research & Promotion

  • Conduct market research to analyze global demand, competition, and pricing trends.
  • Participate in international exhibitions, virtual trade fairs, and customer meetings.
  • Maintain updated export sales data, customer records, and MIS reports.

Desired Candidate ProfileEducation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial) or
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / International Trade / Export Management

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in industrial manufacturing, engineering products, spray nozzles, valves, or automation systems.
  • Experience working with international customers and export documentation is mandatory.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
  • Knowledge of export procedures, INCOTERMS, and international trade practices.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems, and email communication.
  • Negotiation skills and result-oriented approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
