North America Used Cars & Spare Parts Tr LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Shipping Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in car shipping and international sales, be proactive, multilingual, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. This role focuses on selling car shipping services to Africa, Europe, and South America, as well as selling USA auction accounts for car purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell car shipping services to customers exporting vehicles to Africa, Europe, and South America
• Sell USA auction accounts to customers for purchasing vehicles from international auctions
• Guide customers through the complete shipping and export process, including documentation and logistics
• Greet and assist customers in understanding shipping options, costs, and timelines
• Negotiate prices and close shipping and auction account sales
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of shipping routes, regulations, and international market trends
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in shipping sales, car sales, or automobile-related industry
• Multilingual – Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Turkmeni, or other languages is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of vehicle export and shipping processes
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
• Must have own valid UAE visa (residence, freelance, or spouse visa)
