Job Title: Spare Parts Sales Executive

Industry: Automobile Industry (UAE)
Location: United Arab Emirates
Experience Required: 2–5 years in Automobile Spare Parts Sales (Preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Spare Parts Sales Executive to handle sales of automobile spare parts in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge of vehicle spare parts, excellent customer handling skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell automobile spare parts to retail and wholesale customers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for spare parts.
  • Identify new customers and develop the spare parts customer base.
  • Handle counter sales, phone inquiries, and walk-in customers.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with garages, workshops, fleet customers, and retail buyers.
  • Provide accurate spare parts identification and quotations to customers.
  • Follow up on quotations and ensure timely order closures.

Spare Parts Coordination

  • Coordinate with the Spare Parts Store / Warehouse for availability and delivery.
  • Ensure correct issuance of spare parts as per invoices and job cards.
  • Handle returns, warranty claims, and customer complaints professionally.

Documentation & System Entry

  • Prepare sales invoices, quotations, and delivery notes.
  • Maintain accurate records in DMS / ERP systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on vehicle models, spare parts numbers, pricing, and competitors.
  • Provide market feedback to management regarding demand and pricing trends.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Automobile Spare Parts Sales.
  • Good knowledge of vehicle spare parts and part numbers.
  • Experience in UAE automobile industry preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets.
  • Customer-focused and relationship-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing systems.

Language

  • English – Mandatory
  • Hindi – Mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
