In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, coordinate appointments, and provide outstanding customer service. Your organizational skills and positive attitude will ensure smooth daily operations and a warm environment for residents, visitors, and staff alike.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors, residents, and staff with professionalism and friendliness, creating a positive first impression</li><li>Answer and direct all incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Manage front desk tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining visitor logs</li><li>Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings efficiently</li><li>Handle clerical duties such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies</li><li>Support office management by assisting with bookkeeping, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized reception area while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous office or administrative experience in a healthcare or medical setting preferred</li><li>Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse populations</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently</li><li>Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor</li><li>Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing, proofreading, data entry, and calendar management</li></ul>Join our team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while enjoying a dynamic work environment that values your skills and dedication!Pay: From $16.90 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
