SpringCare Clinic is a growing healthcare company providing advanced wound care services to nursing facilities, assisted living, and home health agencies. We are expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our team.This is a hands-on internship offering real-world experience in healthcare business development and medical sales, with a path to a full-time role.Important:<ul><li>Includes in-person outreach to healthcare facilities</li><li>Performance-based (commission included)</li><li>Not remote-only</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>Visit SNFs, ALFs, and home health agencies</li><li>Introduce and educate staff on our services</li><li>Build relationships with administrators and nurses</li><li>Identify and refer patients for wound care services</li><li>Coordinate with our clinical team</li><li>Track outreach and follow-ups</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Monthly stipend during training (30&ndash;60 days)</li><li>Commission per patient/case</li><li>Performance bonuses</li></ul>Who this is for:<ul><li>Recent graduates (healthcare, biology, business, etc.)</li><li>Pre-PA / Pre-NP / Pre-med candidates</li><li>CNAs / MAs transitioning out of clinical roles</li><li>Individuals interested in medical sales or healthcare operations</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Self-motivated and dependable</li><li>Comfortable with in-person outreach</li><li>Reliable transportation</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll gain:<ul><li>Real-world healthcare business experience</li><li>Training in medical sales and outreach</li><li>Mentorship and growth opportunities</li><li>Potential transition to full-time</li></ul>Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per yearLocation:<ul><li>Dallas, TX (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
