Healthcare Business Development Intern

SpringCare Clinic is a growing healthcare company providing advanced wound care services to nursing facilities, assisted living, and home health agencies. We are expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

This is a hands-on internship offering real-world experience in healthcare business development and medical sales, with a path to a full-time role.

Important:

• Includes in-person outreach to healthcare facilities
• Performance-based (commission included)
• Not remote-only

What you’ll do:

• Visit SNFs, ALFs, and home health agencies
• Introduce and educate staff on our services
• Build relationships with administrators and nurses
• Identify and refer patients for wound care services
• Coordinate with our clinical team
• Track outreach and follow-ups

Compensation:

• Monthly stipend during training (30–60 days)
• Commission per patient/case
• Performance bonuses
