Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourJob description:The Springhill Suites by Marriott in Fort Worth is seeking Guest Service Representatives to start immediately. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring 100% guest satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the hotel until they depart.The position available is for someone willing:<ul><li>To work both the evening shift 3 pm to 11 pm and the morning shift 7 am - 3pm.</li><li>Willing to work weekends.</li><li>Willing to drive the shuttle van.</li></ul>The customer service oriented staff will:<ul><li>Check guests into and out of the hotel</li><li>Inform guests about hotel facilities/services, fulfill their requests during their stay, answer telephone inquiries, make reservations, and other duties as necessary.</li><li>Post charges and handle cash and credit card transactions. Maintain balance of cash bank and other duties as assigned.</li><li>Manage and resolve all guest complaints (and compliments) in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li>Maintain guest accounts: guest checks, master accounts, vouchers, gift certificates, etc.</li><li>Ensure that the back office, front desk, lobby and other common areas are clean and well organized.</li><li>Ability to communicate with public, hotel staff and management in a professional manner.</li><li>Initiate, monitor and accurately complete shift checklists for proper completion of tasks.</li><li>Provide effective communication to all departments.</li><li>Effectively coordinate relocation of guests when necessary.</li><li>Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor</li><li>Perform other tasks as needed</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Strong customer service skills.</li><li>Follow/enforce company policies and procedures.</li><li>Resolve problems in professional manner.</li><li>Valid Drivers License for guest shuttle</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourWork Location: In person
