This is a role for creators who are comfortable being the face of branded content and can consistently deliver engaging, high‑quality videos that convert into leads.Your videos will be promoted via paid advertising. All generated leads will be distributed to our internal sales team. Including you, also work on allocated leads and earn sales commissions on closed deals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create short‑form videos (Reels/Shorts) for Instagram and other social platforms</li><li>Deliver 1 video per day, 6 videos per week (6 working days)</li><li>Present real estate offerings and investment plans confidently on camera</li><li>Speak clearly and fluently in English; additional languages are a strong advantage</li><li>Follow brand guidelines while adding your own creative style</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team for content ideas, hooks, and ad angles</li><li>Be punctual, reliable, and consistent with content delivery</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong on‑camera presence and confidence creating social media videos</li><li>Excellent spoken English (additional/native languages are a plus)</li><li>Active and adaptable on Instagram and other social media platforms</li><li>Basic understanding of short‑form video trends, hooks, and audience engagement</li><li>Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai (any field)</li><li>Must be available for regular video shoots and content creation</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Opportunity to earn additional commissions by working on allocated sales leads</li><li>High exposure through paid ads run on your content</li><li>Work with a professional real estate marketing and sales team</li><li>Long‑term collaboration opportunities for consistent performers</li></ul>Working Schedule<ul><li>6 working days per week</li><li>1 video per day (short‑form content)</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates should apply with:<ul><li>Updated CV</li><li>Links to Instagram/TikTok/Reels or previous on‑camera video work</li></ul>Only candidates comfortable appearing on camera and creating branded video content will be considered.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
