We are seeking a confident, camera‑friendly Social Media Video Creator to produce short‑form video content for Instagram and other major social platforms. This is a role for creators who are comfortable being the face of branded content and can consistently deliver engaging, high‑quality videos that convert into leads.

Your videos will be promoted via paid advertising. All generated leads will be distributed to our internal sales team. Including you, also work on allocated leads and earn sales commissions on closed deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short‑form videos (Reels/Shorts) for Instagram and other social platforms
• Deliver 1 video per day, 6 videos per week (6 working days)
• Present real estate offerings and investment plans confidently on camera
• Speak clearly and fluently in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
• Follow brand guidelines while adding your own creative style
• Collaborate with the marketing team for content ideas, hooks, and ad angles
• Be punctual, reliable, and consistent with content delivery

Requirements

• Strong on‑camera presence and confidence creating social media videos
• Excellent spoken English (additional/native languages are a plus)
• Active and adaptable on Instagram and other social media platforms
• Basic understanding of short‑form video trends, hooks, and audience engagement
• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai (any field)
• Must be available for regular video shoots and content creation
