 SQT is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager   Leisure Segment to lead and grow our leisure travel portfolio. This role focuses on developing strong B2B partnerships, expanding our presence in regional and international leisure markets, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and exceptional client relationship management.<br> </p>

 Key Responsibilities <br> </b><ul>
 <li>Develop and implement sales strategies targeting the Leisure and FIT (Fully Independent Travelers) segment</li>
 <li>Identify and acquire new B2B accounts including travel agencies, tour operators, and DMCs across key markets</li>
 <li>Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular follow-ups, presentations, and networking</li>
 <li>Promote SQT's full portfolio of services including holiday packages, visa services, chauffeured transportation, tours &amp; excursions, travel insurance, and holiday homes</li>
 <li>Work closely with marketing to develop promotional campaigns tailored to leisure clients</li>
 <li>Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis</li>
 <li>Participate in travel trade fairs, roadshows, and industry events to represent SQT</li>
 <li>Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized support and 24/7 client coordination</li>
 <li>Collaborate with internal departments (operations, reservations, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of client bookings</li>

 Requirements <br> </b><ul>
 <li>Minimum 3 5 years of proven experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector, focusing on the leisure market</li>
 <li>Strong knowledge of UAE tourism products and regional travel trends</li>
 <li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic required</li>
 <li>Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets</li>
 <li>Strong network within the tourism and travel agent community</li>
 <li>UAE driving license required</li>

Sales Manager Leisure Segment

<div><b>Primary Responsibilities</b>
 <ul>
 <li>Liaise with key departments to ensure smooth operational processes</li>
 <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels to negotiate exclusive rates, special offers, allocation overrides, and terms and conditions</li>
 <li>Analyze, verify, and compare rates with other suppliers and competitors to ensure market competitiveness</li>
 <li>Provide guidance to internal teams on contract generation and management</li>
 <li>Maintain all contract-related documents and correspondence accurately and systematically</li>
 <li>Provide insights on leading destinations and popular properties in the market</li>
 <li>Stay updated on changes to relevant rules and regulations, including free sell/stop sales and room allocations</li>
 <li>Act as the main point of contact for suppliers regarding contract-related issues</li>
 <li>Monitor contracts and make recommendations on renewals, extensions, or closures based on company interests</li>
 <li>Ensure all internal contract documents are accurate and up-to-date</li>
 <li>Secure the most competitive conditions for the company in the market</li>
 <li>Handle hotel reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and high-quality service</li>
 <li>Convince and guide clients effectively, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs and preferences</li>
 <li>Demonstrate a strong ability to differentiate between various products and hotel offerings, ensuring clients receive the most suitable options</li>
