We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).</li><li>Maintain employee databases and HR documentation.</li><li>Support onboarding and induction processes.</li><li>Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.</li><li>Coordinate with different teams for HR operations support.</li><li>Work on HR reports, MIS, and documentation as required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent (final year students may apply).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic HR environment.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Hands-on learning across various HR functions.</li><li>Exposure to real-time HR operations and processes.</li><li>Certificate of Internship &amp; Letter of Recommendation (based on performance).</li><li>Stipend as per company norms.</li></ul>Duration: 3 months (with the possibility of extension based on performance)Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: &#8377;8,219.11 - &#8377;10,546.85 per monthWork Location: In person
