Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive – Operations with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions excluding recruitment. The role involves managing employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement activities while ensuring adherence to company policies.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Lifecycle Management

  • Handle onboarding & exit formalities (documentation, ID cards, system access)
  • Maintain employee master data and personal files (physical & digital)
  • Coordinate probation confirmations and contract renewals

Attendance, Leave & HRMS

  • Track daily attendance, leaves, week-offs, and shift rosters
  • Update and manage HRMS records accurately
  • Address employee queries related to attendance and leave policies

Payroll Coordination

  • Coordinate with payroll team for monthly salary processing
  • Validate attendance, incentives, deductions, and arrears
  • Support Full & Final settlements and payslip distribution

Statutory Compliance & Documentation

  • Assist in PF, ESI, PT, and labor compliance documentation
  • Maintain statutory registers and employee records
  • Support audits and inspections as required

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
  • Support employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations
  • Handle grievance documentation and escalation support

HR Policies & MIS

  • Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies
  • Prepare HR reports & MIS (attrition, attendance, headcount, leave)
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and HR SOPs

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good understanding of HR operations & statutory basics
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS & Excel
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Clear communication (verbal & written)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
  • Time management and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations (non-recruitment role)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in BPO / Corporate / Operations-driven environments
  • Exposure to payroll coordination and compliance support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,686.33 - ₹22,854.89 per month
