Job Title: Sales Manager Locations: Bahrain, Dubai, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait Job Type: Onsite (Permanent) Company: Square Yards (https://www.squareyards.com/) Salary Range: INR 10 Lakhs to 14 Lakhs Per Annum Description: <ul> <li>As a sales manager you will be reaching out to as many people as possible. The mode of communication could be emails, phone calls, posting on social media etc.</li> <li>The minimum number of cold calls required each day is between 100-200. You will be coordinating with NRI customers and will be selling them properties in India. Also, you have to generate minimum 4-5 customer visits every week.</li> <li>Work module is going to be 5 days a week.</li> <li>If you overachieve your given targets in any quarter then you will get instant appraisals in the salary. But please ensure to overachieve the targets within the similar quarter to get the appraisals because the deals would not be carry forwarded to the next quarter.</li> <li>You can make up to 40% of incentive on the revenue you will generate for Square Yards.</li> <li>You will be working on a particular project at a time.</li> <li>You will be required to visit the properties, and your senior will be accompanying you to help in closing the deals.</li> <li>Should have excellent communication skills and dynamic personality.</li> <li>Your visa will be sponsored by Square Yards. </li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in any field</li> <li>Minimum 12+ months of experience in sales</li> <li>Should have target-oriented approach</li> <li>Should have basic computer knowledge</li></ul>
