The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening guest satisfaction, supporting operational excellence, and maintaining premium hospitality service standards.We are looking for a proactive and service-driven leader with strong communication skills, hospitality operations experience, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.What You'll Do<ul><li>Oversee daily guest experience and hospitality support operations</li><li>Manage guest relations activities and customer engagement initiatives</li><li>Handle escalated guest concerns and ensure timely issue resolution</li><li>Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities to improve service quality</li><li>Collaborate with operational departments to maintain high hospitality standards</li><li>Support front office coordination, guest communication, and service delivery activities</li><li>Prepare operational reports, guest experience summaries, and performance updates for leadership</li><li>Supervise hospitality teams and support workforce coordination activities</li><li>Improve operational procedures related to hospitality service delivery and customer experience</li><li>Maintain accurate guest service documentation and operational reporting data</li><li>Support onboarding, coaching, and operational training activities for hospitality staff</li><li>Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to hospitality operations and guest satisfaction</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of experience in guest experience management, hospitality operations, customer service leadership, or hotel operations</li><li>Previous supervisory or management experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication and relationship management skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and operational coordination abilities</li><li>Experience managing customer-facing workflows and hospitality support operations</li><li>Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment</li><li>Professional and guest-focused approach to operational leadership</li><li>Experience with hospitality systems, CRM platforms, and operational reporting tools preferred</li><li>Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred</li></ul>Why Work With UsAt SR Alambique Hospitality and Services, we believe exceptional guest experiences are essential to hospitality excellence and long-term business success.
