Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain all candidate documents (Passport, Photos, CV, Medicals, GAMCA login, PCC status).</li><li>Book GAMCA appointments, follow up with candidates, collect reports on time.</li><li>Prepare and update mobilisation checklist for every candidate.</li><li>Follow up with candidates who are selected but not responding.</li><li>Support with joining dates, visa tracking, ticketing coordination.</li><li>Maintain attendance, leave, and basic admin records for internal staff.</li><li>Prepare daily status reports for Recruitment Manager &amp; Founder.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 yrs experience in HR/admin/recruitment coordination.</li><li>Good Excel and WhatsApp communication.</li><li>Fast follow-up skills and ability to chase missing documents.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
