HR Recruiter

Job Overview

We are hiring HR Recruiters who will be responsible for handling Domestic as well as International recruitment mandates. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a recruitment consultancy, not an internal HR role. You will manage sourcing, screening, coordination, client communication and closures.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Sourcing

• Handle recruitment for India & GCC countries across engineering, technical and blue-collar categories.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, agents, references and offline sourcing.
• Screen resumes, evaluate suitability, conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist profiles.
• Manage end-to-end hiring cycle: sourcing → screening → interview coordination → selection → onboarding.

Coordination & Client Interaction

• Coordinate interviews, assessments, trade test scheduling, documentation etc.
• Share shortlisted candidate details with clients and follow up for feedback.
• Maintain good communication with candidates and reduce drop-out ratio.

Operations & Documentation

• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, MIS & status updates.
• Support document collection, passport check, medical/visa coordination (when needed).
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future bulk requirements.

Domestic & International Hiring Exposure

• Domestic hiring for manufacturing/engineering & middle-level roles.
• International hiring for GCC clients for skilled/blue-collar roles.
• Experience with bulk hiring drives is an added advantage.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Minimum 2–4 years experience in a recruitment consultancy agency (not HR generalist).
• Strong sourcing skills & hands-on experience with job portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & follow-up skills.
• Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously.
• Target & result-driven mindset.
• Experience in Oil & Gas/GCC hiring preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be willing to work full-time from office (Vadodara).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,588.18 per month

Work Location: In person
