Job Summary:

As a US Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Therapists, and Allied Health staff for our U.S. clients.
The role demands advanced English communication skills (verbal & written) and the ability to work independently during night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals from job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Communicate effectively with U.S. candidates and clients via phone, email, and video calls.
• Review resumes, evaluate experience, and ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, confirm candidate availability, and manage offer negotiations.
• Maintain candidate database and update recruitment activity in ATS/CRM tools.
• Work closely with U.S. Account Managers and Operations teams to meet daily and monthly hiring targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent English communication skills – must be fluent in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• 0–3 years of experience in U.S. healthcare staffing, international BPO, or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.), and ATS tools.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM IST).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
