Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform regular preventive maintenance on all machines as per schedule.</li><li>Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.</li><li>Ensure timely repair of machines to avoid production downtime.</li><li>Maintain machine logs, service reports, and maintenance records.</li><li>Monitor machine performance and take corrective actions when required.</li><li>Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth machine operation.</li><li>Follow safety procedures and ensure all machines comply with safety standards.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of machines and work area.</li><li>Replace worn-out parts, lubricate moving parts, and calibrate machine settings.</li><li>Provide prior intimation if any machine is functioning abnormally.</li><li>Ensure machine uptime and support production targets.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Knowledge of mechanical and electrical components</li><li>Experience in machine operation</li><li>Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Basic understanding of safety protocols</li><li>Ability to read technical manuals and maintenance instructions</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
