Machine Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on all machines as per schedule.
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ensure timely repair of machines to avoid production downtime.
• Maintain machine logs, service reports, and maintenance records.
• Monitor machine performance and take corrective actions when required.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth machine operation.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure all machines comply with safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of machines and work area.
• Replace worn-out parts, lubricate moving parts, and calibrate machine settings.
• Provide prior intimation if any machine is functioning abnormally.
• Ensure machine uptime and support production targets.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical components
• Experience in machine operation
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of safety protocols
• Ability to read technical manuals and maintenance instructions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
