Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities (BOQ)</li><li>Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare tender and contract documents</li><li>Monitor project budgets, cost control, and forecasting</li><li>Conduct rate analysis for materials, labor, and construction activities</li><li>Prepare and submit interim and final payment bills</li><li>Handle subcontractor billing and verification</li><li>Assist in negotiating and finalizing contracts</li><li>Maintain and update project costing and reporting documentation</li><li>Provide support to the project team regarding commercial and contractual matters</li></ul>Desired Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software</li><li>Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations</li><li>Strong analytical and numerical skills</li><li>Effective communication and negotiation abilities</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Two: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Madurai, Tamil Nadu
