Trainee Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities (BOQ)
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare tender and contract documents
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and forecasting
• Conduct rate analysis for materials, labor, and construction activities
• Prepare and submit interim and final payment bills
• Handle subcontractor billing and verification
• Assist in negotiating and finalizing contracts
• Maintain and update project costing and reporting documentation
• Provide support to the project team regarding commercial and contractual matters

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
