QS & Contract Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q) preparation & analysis , Rate Analysis , quantity surveying , Finalization & Negotiation with Contractors & Vendors , Preparation of interim payment certificates , certifying Subcontractor s Bills , Calculating the quantity of constituent materials from the drawings in advance to facilitate the purchasing of items.

2. Getting certifications, recording variation, collecting payment, complete documentation required for the job.

3. Site visits, Cost Control of the project and Coordination with contractor.

4. Coordinate and monitor a team of contractor works.

5. Calculating the quantities as per the drawings.

6. Reconciliation between estimated quantity and contractor's billed quantity.

7. Finalizing project cost analysis.

8. Responsible for reviewing drawings in AUTO CADD and workout Quantities from AutoCAD drawings. Must be able to coordinate all AUTO CADD drawings received from design team & various consultants.

9. Prepare regular MIS reports on time

Eligibility & Requirements:

1. Must have minimum of 12+ years’ experience in billing, QS and site management Skill Set & Knowledge

2. Pleasant personality with good inter - personal skills.

3. Excellent Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Ms Excel, Ms Word.

4. B.Tech/B.E (Civil) with 12+Years Exp or Diploma (Civil) with 8+Years Exp

5. Good English

6. Delivery & Performance Oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
