We&rsquo;re expanding and looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain brand standards, and ensure smooth coordination between production, sales, and customer experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations of the store(s), production, and supply chain.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage and train staff to deliver consistent quality and customer service.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure inventory management, stock control, and vendor coordination.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor and maintain quality, hygiene, and presentation standards across outlets.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with accounting and management teams for daily sales and cost tracking.</li></ul><ul><li>Implement operational processes and ensure adherence to company policies.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and resource allocation.</li></ul><ul><li>Plan and execute new store setups, menu rollouts, and seasonal promotions.</li></ul><ul><li>Review customer feedback and take proactive steps to enhance satisfaction.</li></ul><ul><li>Support management in achieving sales targets, cost efficiency, and profitability goals.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.</li></ul><ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of F&amp;B or hospitality experience (preferably caf&eacute;, restaurant, or dessert brand).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience with inventory, vendor management, and operations planning.</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and cost control.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in MS Excel, POS systems, and basic reporting tools.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work flexible hours and handle operational challenges efficiently.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Prior experience managing multi-outlet operations or premium dessert brands.</li></ul><ul><li>Exposure to store launches and scaling operations.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving approach.</li></ul>Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.Joining: ImmediateJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
