Madam Chocolate is a premium dessert and gelato brand known for crafting rich, indulgent treats with the finest ingredients. We’re expanding and looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain brand standards, and ensure smooth coordination between production, sales, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store(s), production, and supply chain.

• Manage and train staff to deliver consistent quality and customer service.

• Ensure inventory management, stock control, and vendor coordination.

• Monitor and maintain quality, hygiene, and presentation standards across outlets.

• Coordinate with accounting and management teams for daily sales and cost tracking.

• Implement operational processes and ensure adherence to company policies.

• Handle staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and resource allocation.

• Plan and execute new store setups, menu rollouts, and seasonal promotions.

• Review customer feedback and take proactive steps to enhance satisfaction.

• Support management in achieving sales targets, cost efficiency, and profitability goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–5 years of F&B or hospitality experience (preferably café, restaurant, or dessert brand).

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Hands-on experience with inventory, vendor management, and operations planning.

• Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and cost control.

• Proficient in MS Excel, POS systems, and basic reporting tools.

• Ability to work flexible hours and handle operational challenges efficiently.

Preferred:

• Prior experience managing multi-outlet operations or premium dessert brands.

• Exposure to store launches and scaling operations.

• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving approach.

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
