The role ensures cost-effective procurement, optimal inventory control, strong vendor partnerships, and seamless distribution of materials to support uninterrupted patient care and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities&middot; Procurement &amp; Vendor Management &ndash; Strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor development, and performance evaluation&middot; Cost Control &amp; Budget Management &ndash; Driving cost optimization initiatives and budget adherence&middot; Inventory Management &ndash; Maintaining optimal stock levels, reducing expiries, and preventing stockouts&middot; Logistics &amp; Internal Distribution &ndash; Ensuring timely and efficient supply across all units&middot; Compliance &amp; Quality Assurance (NABH) &ndash; Ensuring adherence to NABH and regulatory standards&middot; Team Management &ndash; Leading and mentoring supply chain teams across locations&middot; Data Management &amp; Reporting &ndash; MIS reporting, analytics, forecasting, and ERP optimizationCandidate Profile&middot; Experience: 12+ years in hospital supply chain/materials management&middot; Proven experience in multi-unit hospital operations preferred&middot; Strong communication and negotiation skills&middot; Strategic mindset with hands-on operational capability&middot; Experience working with NABH-accredited hospitalsInterested candidates may write to: ritu@srvhospital.com Referrals are welcome.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
