Job Position: Marketing Analyst/ SpecialisJob Location: Toledo Ohio 43659Pay rate: $33/Hr. on W2Duration: 6+ Months<ul><li>Shift Timing: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm</li><li>Job Description</li><li>Manager is looking for someone who has a social media, SEO and digital marketing background.</li><li>Digital, has experience with blogs</li><li>Content Management</li><li>Content Creation - Social Media</li><li>Copywriting</li><li>Managed social media channels before</li><li>Manager looking for candidates with strong social media management experience - with an emphasis on day-to-day social media management, community management, content calendar planning, and exposure to managing agency relationships.</li></ul>Responsibilities Community Management (~50%)<ul><li>Create and maintain Content Calendars, ensuring the timely posting of relevant content.</li><li>Collaborate with strategic marketing, product, internal communication teams, and outside agencies to create blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media content.</li><li>Contribute to the company&rsquo;s social media plan, aligning it with overall marketing and communication strategies.</li><li>Provide customer support via social media channels, collaborating with customer service, technical, and warranty teams to ensure quick, professional, and accurate responses.</li><li>Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and generate actionable insights to improve engagement.</li><li>Marketing Support (~50%)</li><li>Work closely with channel managers to align marketing initiatives with outbound programs, ensuring customer value and faster adoption of key initiatives.</li><li>Actively contribute to post-campaign insights, reports, and optimization.</li><li>Continuously build a deep understanding of the business and its products, anticipating digital content needs for social channels, blogs, newsletters, webinars, etc.</li><li>Manage multiple projects end-to-end, tracking timelines, milestones, resource needs, and deliverables.</li></ul>Job RequirementsMinimum Qualifications and Experience:Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business, or related field (MBA optional).</li><li>3+ years of experience managing social media platforms or communities for brands.</li><li>3+ years of experience working in a corporate or agency environment, collaborating with multiple organizational levels.</li><li>Active involvement in social media activities such as blogging, community management, social bookmarking, and commenting.</li><li>Strong understanding of popular social media networks, including design, functionality, users, reporting, advertising, and analytics.</li><li>Ability to produce comprehensive community management guidelines and documents.</li><li>Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools.</li><li>Familiarity with content management and listening tools like Sprinklr, Netbase, Sprout, Cision, On24.</li><li>Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.</li><li>High attention to detail with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $24.46 - $33.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
