Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join SS Steels and Sheet Mart. The ideal candidate will handle client enquiries, promote products, build strong customer relationships, and support overall sales growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads.</li><li>Explain product features, pricing, and specifications clearly to customers.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.</li><li>Prepare and share quotations, invoices, and product details when required.</li><li>Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team for order processing.</li><li>Follow up on customer enquiries, payments, and order status.</li><li>Maintain daily sales reports and update customer records.</li><li>Meet monthly sales targets and support marketing activities.</li><li>Visit client sites/shops whenever required to promote products.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and handle issues professionally.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.</li><li>Ability to understand product specifications and explain to customers.</li><li>Negotiation and time-management skills.</li><li>Computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Email) preferred.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Plus two / Degree.</li><li>Experience in steel, hardware, building materials, or related industry is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Direct sales: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
