Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join SS Steels and Sheet Mart. The ideal candidate will handle client enquiries, promote products, build strong customer relationships, and support overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads.
• Explain product features, pricing, and specifications clearly to customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and share quotations, invoices, and product details when required.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team for order processing.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, payments, and order status.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update customer records.
• Meet monthly sales targets and support marketing activities.
• Visit client sites/shops whenever required to promote products.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle issues professionally.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Ability to understand product specifications and explain to customers.
• Negotiation and time-management skills.
• Computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Email) preferred.

Qualifications:

• Plus two / Degree.
• Experience in steel, hardware, building materials, or related industry is an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
