The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator and a natural problem-solver, dedicated to providing timely and effective support to our valued clients. You will be the first point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience that reflects the quality and integrity of our firm. Key Responsibilities  <ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing enquiries through email, phone, and our support portal with the utmost professionalism.</li><li>Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.</li><li>Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently and escalating complex problems to the relevant internal teams.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.</li><li>Collaborate closely with consultants and project managers to ensure alignment on client communication and issue resolution.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and help build our knowledge base.</li><li>Gather and synthesise client feedback to share with internal teams for service enhancement.</li></ul> Qualifications and Experience  <ul><li>Proven experience in a customer support or client services role, preferably within a professional services or B2B environment.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, articulate, and friendly demeanour.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and calmly under pressure.</li><li>Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency with CRM systems and other customer service software.</li><li>A client-centric mindset with a genuine desire to deliver outstanding service.</li><li>The ability to work independently and demonstrate strong self-discipline in a remote setting.</li><li>A high degree of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive client information.</li></ul> What We Offer  <ul><li>A competitive hourly wage of $22 - $26 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.</li><li>A fully remote working arrangement, providing flexibility and an excellent work-life balance.</li><li>The opportunity to work within a dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment at a respected management consulting firm.</li><li>A supportive and collaborative team culture that values your contribution.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.</li></ul>
