We are seeking a well-spoken and reliable Guest Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a warm guest first approach and also be able to perform basic handyman and maintenance work in short-term rental apartments. If you are good with people and tools this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.</li><li>Handle guest requests, questions, and complaints professionally.</li><li>Perform minor repair tasks like fixing lights, door locks, curtain rods, basic plumbing</li><li>Inspect units before and after guest stays to ensure everything is in working order.</li><li>Coordinate with external technicians when needed for advanced repairs.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the property.</li><li>Monitor and restock guest amenities and maintenance supplies.</li><li>Keep records of issues reported, work performed, and guest feedback.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1 year of experience in hospitality or maintenance roles.</li><li>Basic handyman skills (electrical, plumbing, general repair).</li><li>Friendly, professional attitude with good communication skills</li><li>Good physical fitness; willing to travel between multiple apartments.</li><li>Own visa (residence/freelance/spouse visa) is preferred.</li><li>Driving license is a plus but not mandatory.</li><li>Basic proficiency in English.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Monthly salary: AED 2,000 - 2,500</li><li>Performance bonuses</li><li>Travel allowance (if applicable)</li><li>Opportunity to grow in a fast-growing hospitality company</li><li>Supportive work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
