Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented On-Call Clerical Assistant to join our dynamic team. This paid position is perfect for individuals with clerical experience looking to contribute to a professional and supportive workplace.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while providing excellent customer support</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools</li><li>Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently</li><li>Assist with filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies to support daily operations</li><li>Support calendar management and scheduling for staff appointments or meetings as needed</li><li>Provide general administrative assistance such as typing reports, updating databases, and supporting bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting with strong organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Excellent computer literacy including data entry, file management, and email communication</li><li>Strong phone etiquette skills with experience operating multi-line phone systems</li><li>Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish or other languages) are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs</li><li>Experience in customer service roles such as medical receptionist, dental receptionist, or personal assistant is a plus</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with excellent time management skills</li><li>Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records</li><li>Familiarity with office management practices including filing systems, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools</li></ul>Join us as a Clerical Assistant (On-Call) to bring energy and efficiency to our busy office environment!
