Position Title: Head of Branding &amp; MarketingDepartment:Corporate Branding &amp; Marketing &ndash; Park CorporatesReports To: Managing DirectorLocation: CoimbatoreEmployment Type :Full-time (Leadership Position)Role summary The Head of Branding &amp; Marketing will lead the complete branding, communication, and marketing strategy for Park Corporates and its verticals&mdash;Park Infotech, Park Global HR, Park Travel, Park Intelli Solutions, and all future brands.This leader will build Park Corporates into a strong parent brand, unify brand identity across all companies, and drive marketing growth, digital presence, and customer engagement at a group level.Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy &amp; Architecture<ul><li>Develop and maintain the brand identity, positioning, and guidelines for Park Corporates.</li><li>Establish a unified brand architecture across all sub-brands.</li><li>Oversee redesign and alignment of all websites with one consistent theme.</li><li>Create and execute brand messaging, tone, taglines, and communication templates.</li></ul>2. Corporate Marketing Leadership<ul><li>Build and lead the central marketing team for Park Corporates.</li><li>Plan and execute group-wide marketing campaigns.</li><li>Develop marketing SOPs, workflows, and brand usage standards.</li><li>Lead creative direction for all visuals, videos, and digital content.</li></ul>3. Digital Marketing &amp; Social Media<ul><li>Own the digital presence for Park Corporates and all sub-brands.</li><li>Develop 90-day and annual content marketing plans.</li><li>Manage:</li><li>SEO</li><li>Social media</li><li>Google ads</li><li>LinkedIn campaigns</li><li>Meta and Instagram ads</li><li>Email marketing</li><li>Online reputation management</li></ul>4. Cross-Brand Collaboration<ul><li>Work with leaders of:</li><li>Park Infotech</li><li>Park Travel</li><li>Park Global HR</li><li>Park Intelli Solutions</li><li>Understand each business unit&rsquo;s goals and craft marketing strategies that drive lead generation and sales for each vertical.</li></ul>5. Corporate Communications<ul><li>Build Park Corporates as a trusted, premium parent brand.</li><li>Manage internal and external communications.</li><li>Develop corporate presentations, brochures, and brand videos.</li><li>Oversee PR, press releases, media relationships, and events.</li></ul>6. Lead Generation &amp; Growth<ul><li>Build performance marketing funnels.</li><li>Optimize marketing spend and ROI.</li><li>Set KPIs and track campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Initiate and manage partnerships, influencers, associations, and corporate tie-ups.</li></ul>7. Leadership &amp; Team Development<ul><li>Hire and manage a team of designers, digital marketers, content writers, and brand executives.</li><li>Lead vendor relationships with agencies, photographers, and video production companies.</li><li>Mentor teams to build a high-performance marketing department.</li></ul>Educational Qualifications and Experience Mandatory<ul><li>7&ndash;15 years of experience in branding, marketing, or corporate communication.</li><li>Proven experience leading brand-building initiatives.</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, ads, and analytics.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience in multiple sectors (IT, HR, Travel, SaaS) is a big plus.</li><li>Experience working in corporate groups or multi-vertical companies.</li><li>Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple brands under one umbrella.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>MBA in Marketing / Branding / Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Certifications in digital marketing, branding, or communication is a bonus.</li></ul>Key Skill requirementBranding Skills<ul><li>Brand identity development</li><li>Brand architecture</li><li>Creative direction</li><li>Messaging &amp; storytelling</li><li>Visual communication</li></ul>Marketing Skills<ul><li>Digital marketing, SEO &amp; SEM</li><li>Social media strategy</li><li>Google + Meta ads</li><li>Lead generation</li><li>Content strategy</li><li>Marketing automation</li><li>Analytics &amp; reporting</li></ul>Leadership Skills<ul><li>Team building</li><li>Project management</li><li>Cross-functional collaboration</li><li>Vendor management</li><li>Budget management</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Digital marketing: 7 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
