Warm Greetings from ST Courier Regional Office Kochi...We are Urgently Hiring Night Operation In-Charge Location: [Elamkulam]Shift Timing: Night Shift ( 8:00 PM &ndash; 8:00 AM)Experience: 2 Plus Years (Operations/Logistics preferred)Salary: [25,000 - 35,000]Roles &amp; Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage night shift operations to ensure smooth workflow.- Monitor inbound and outbound logistics/dispatches- Coordinate with operations team for timely updates and issue resolution.- Maintain shift-wise reports and handover summaries.- Ensure safety, discipline, and adherence to company policies during night operations.- Handle emergency escalations and communicate with the day team as needed.- Supervise night staff and ensure task completion.Requirements:- Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Logistics/Operations Management).- Prior experience in night operations/logistics preferred.- Strong communication and team-handling skills.- Willing to work night shifts regularly.- Basic MS Excel and system handling knowledge.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;32,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
