We are Urgently Hiring - Operations Manager (Night Shift)

Location: Elamkulam, Kochi
Experience: 3 - 7 Years
Logistics/Courier Industry work experience required

Roles & Responsibilities: Overseeing daily operations, managing a team, ensuring productivity, and acting as the link between employees and upper management by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing training/feedback, resolving issues, and enforcing company policies to meet organizational goals, leading drivers and staff to dispatch, and deliver the parcels, handling scheduling, training, performance, safety, problem-solving (delays, complaints)
