About the RoleThe Path is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Coordinator to keep our med spa running smoothly day to day. This is a floor-based role at the center of everything; you'll prep treatment rooms, support our provider during procedures, manage clinical inventory, help capture marketing content, and make sure every client has a warm, seamless experience from check-in to checkout. You'll report to our Med Spa Manager and work closely with our clinical provider.If you love being busy, enjoy variety in your day, and want to be part of a growing aesthetics and wellness team, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoClinical &amp; Treatment Support<ul><li>Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment so everything is ready when the client arrives</li><li>Assist our provider during procedures as directed</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a polished clinical presentation throughout the day</li><li>Help keep patient flow smooth between check-in, treatment, and checkout</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Supplies<ul><li>Track clinical supply and product inventory daily</li><li>Prepare medications and treatment supplies according to provider specifications</li><li>Monitor expiration dates and remove expired product promptly</li><li>Flag reorder needs before stock runs critically low</li></ul>Operations &amp; Equipment<ul><li>Make sure treatment equipment is ready and functioning at the start of each day</li><li>Report any equipment issues right away</li><li>Help spot and resolve workflow bottlenecks on the floor</li></ul>Content Support<ul><li>Capture photos, videos, and client testimonials (with consent) for marketing use</li><li>Submit all content for review and approval before anything is used or posted</li></ul>Client Experience<ul><li>Greet and welcome clients warmly</li><li>Support check-in, intake, and checkout processes</li><li>Help encourage rebooking and referrals from happy clients</li><li>Pass along any client concerns to the Med Spa Manager promptly</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Experience in aesthetics, wellness, or a med spa environment preferred</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on clinical support role</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>A warm, professional demeanor with clients</li><li>Reliable, proactive, and a team player</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Be part of a growing aesthetics and wellness practice</li><li>Hands-on role with variety &mdash; no two days look the same</li><li>Supportive team environment with clear expectations and room to grow</li></ul>Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
