Medical Spa Coordinator

About the Role

The Path is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Coordinator to keep our med spa running smoothly day to day. This is a floor-based role at the center of everything; you'll prep treatment rooms, support our provider during procedures, manage clinical inventory, help capture marketing content, and make sure every client has a warm, seamless experience from check-in to checkout. You'll report to our Med Spa Manager and work closely with our clinical provider.

What You'll Do

Clinical & Treatment Support

• Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment so everything is ready when the client arrives
• Assist our provider during procedures as directed
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a polished clinical presentation throughout the day
• Help keep patient flow smooth between check-in, treatment, and checkout

Inventory & Supplies

• Track clinical supply and product inventory daily
• Prepare medications and treatment supplies according to provider specifications
• Monitor expiration dates and remove expired product promptly
• Flag reorder needs before stock runs critically low

Operations & Equipment

• Make sure treatment equipment is ready and functioning at the start of each day
• Report any equipment issues right away
• Help spot and resolve workflow bottlenecks on the floor

Content Support

• Capture photos, videos, and client testimonials (with consent) for marketing use
• Submit all content for review and approval before anything is used or posted

Client Experience

• Greet and welcome clients warmly
• Support check-in, intake, and checkout processes
• Help encourage rebooking and referrals from happy clients
• Pass along any client concerns to the Med Spa Manager promptly

What We're Looking For

• Experience in aesthetics, wellness, or a med spa environment preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on clinical support role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A warm, professional demeanor with clients
• Reliable, proactive, and a team player

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
