LA ViE MD is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator and Front Office Lead for our Dublin location. This is a patient-facing role for someone with aesthetic industry experience, polished communication skills, and the ability to support a luxury med spa experience from first inquiry to checkout.
This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, confident discussing treatments and skincare, and comfortable helping patients understand recommended services, packages, memberships, and follow-up care in a professional and consultative way.
Responsibilities
Manage daily front office flow, including scheduling, patient intake, appointment confirmations, check-in, checkout, payments, rebooking, and follow-up.
Provide an elevated patient experience through warm communication, strong organization, and attention to detail.
Support treatment plan coordination by helping patients understand services, skincare products, packages, memberships, and next steps.
Follow up with inquiries, missed calls, consultation leads, unscheduled patients, and existing clients in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with local outreach, events, promotions, lead capture, inventory, product organization, and daily office operations.
Requirements
Schedule
On-site position in Dublin, CA. Full-time availability preferred. Part-time candidates may be considered with strong aesthetic experience and availability that meets clinic needs.
Clinic hours may include Tuesday through Thursday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Compensation
Hourly, non-exempt position with performance-based bonus opportunities. Compensation is based on aesthetic experience, front office experience, communication skills, and ability to support patient experience and practice growth.
Full-time employees may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Employee discounts and paid sick time may be available in accordance with applicable law.
Pay: $22.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
