Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including lash lifts, brow laminations/other brow services, facials, nano-needling, and eyelash extensions.
• Conduct skin analysis using professional techniques to recommend tailored skincare regimens and product solutions.
• Experience providing luxury face and body skincare treatments, including body exfoliation treatments, body polishing services, skin conditioning treatments, and customized skincare protocols is highly preferred.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to enhance results.
• Assist in retail sales by promoting aftercare products, skincare products, and beauty tools aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• Valid California state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active certification in cosmetology or esthetics.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Reliable, motivated, and team oriented
• Available to work every Sunday on a consistent basis
• Flexible availability throughout the week
