Licensed Esthetician/Front Desk Assistant (Dual Hybrid Role)

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented esthetician/ front desk assistant in a dual hybrid role to join our dynamic team at Secret Garden! This position combines expert skincare services with exceptional front desk support that delivers personalized esthetic treatments, while also managing client check-ins, appointment scheduling, and sales. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, with precision and care. While we currently offer a limited skincare menu, we would love to expand our offerings with additional services based on your training and expertise. Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized skincare routines and products to clients.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas, tools, and equipment after each service.
• Manage front desk duties including greeting clients warmly, scheduling appointments efficiently, processing payments, and handling client inquiries.
• Support the team with administrative tasks such as maintaining client records and inventory management for skincare products.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and ensuring a positive experience during every visit.
• Assist in promoting special offers or new services through engaging communication skills to foster client loyalty.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Professional Esthetician with experience in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, waxing, etc..
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients.
• Experience in retail sales within a spa or skincare setting is preferred to confidently recommend products and services.
• Familiarity with sanitation protocols for skincare tools and treatment areas to ensure client safety.
• Ability to multitask efficiently as both an esthetician delivering services and a front desk assistant managing appointments and client interactions.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
