Licensed Esthetician/ Front Desk

Front Desk + Esthetician (Dual Role) – Full-Time or Part-Time

We are a well-established spa with 10+ years in business and a loyal client base specializing in esthetics, facials, and body contouring. Our services are tailored to all skin types—especially sensitive skin—and we are committed to offering non-invasive solutions.

About the Role:
This is a dual role combining Front Desk responsibilities with hands-on esthetic services. You’ll rotate between shifts performing esthetic treatments and managing client-facing front desk operations. Friday's and Saturday's are required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Esthetician with at least 1 year of hands-on skincare experience
• Confident performing facials (30, 45, and 60 min), dermaplaning, microneedling, and peels
• Sales-driven, customer-focused, team player with a great attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends
• Reliable transportation required

Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience with body contouring is a plus — we will train the right candidate!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform customized facial treatments and skin consultations
• Educate guests on skincare and treatment plans
• Track and drive facial series, membership, and package sales
• Manage booking systems, client check-ins, and CRM follow-ups
• Help maintain cleanliness, assist with laundry, and support spa operations
• Lead by example and help coach team members on service and front desk duties
