Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Licensed Senior Esthetician with over 10 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. Fluency in Vietnamese is essential to effectively serve our diverse clientele. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments, provide personalized consultations, and foster lasting relationships with clients. Your extensive knowledge and passion for esthetics will help improve our services and ensure client satisfaction at the highest level. Duties

• Perform advanced esthetic treatments including HydraFacial, Hydro Facial, Geneo, Microcurrent/Nano Fusion and others with precision and care in our Medical Spa
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and retail products to enhance their experience
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized according to health regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, addressing concerns, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Work closely with Floor Operation Manager to assist clients with retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and promoting ongoing treatments

Skills

• Extensive experience in HydraFacial and other advanced skincare techniques
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese to effectively serve a diverse clientele
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices within the esthetics industry
• Ability to perform product demos confidently while educating clients on benefits and usage

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
